Zerofux artwork is conceptualised, designed and printed in New Zealand While limiting each design to 50 pieces, these are extremely rare. Once 50 pieces are printed, they will no longer be available. All prints are professionally printed with premium inks on high quality 280gsm matt stock.

You are purchasing unframed prints. All prints are carefully packaged wrapped in tissue paper and posted in cardboard mailing tubes. Please take extra care when taking the print out of the mailing tube to reduce the chances of damage

Please note that all Zerofux prints are made to order. Printing estimate is anywhere up to 10 business days. Once the print is ready shipping adds additional time. If you've purchased multiple items, your Zerofux order will be sent altogether once print is ready. Once dispatched you'll receive tracking.

All products ship within 7-10 working days of order being placed. A tracking link will be sent once it has left Zerofux HQ. We use 1-2 day tracked courier within NZ.

In the unlikely event there are any delays you will be notified via email.


We accept returns within 7 days of ship date.

All sale items, hats & beanies, socks are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged/defective products must be reported within 10 days of ship date. 

Return items must be in same as new condition. ZEROFUX reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items. If your item doesnt fit and want to change size we will always return the item if it meets the above criteria Zerofux will send a return label via email for you to send back at our cost. Once recieved we will send the new item. We do not refund items for change of mind 


Our stuff sells out fast! Adding an item to your cart does not reserve or hold the item. It can still be purchased by other customers before you checkout and complete your order.

We can not hold items and do not offer rain checks on discounted pricing or offers-Sorry!

We try our best to make sure our website is error free but mistakes do happen. We fix issues as quickly as we can however we do reserve the right to cancel your order if an item is incorrectly listed.


We know mistakes happen! We only have a small window where changes to your order are possible so it is important to contact us straight away with your order number and all the details about the changes you need to make- The more details the better!

We are unable to combine your orders to be shipped out together-sorry! 

We can only make changes to your address before it is packed so it is really important to contact us via phone right away. If your order has left us you will need to contact NZ POST

We have stacks of cool stuff but unfortunately we can’t add items to your order after it has been placed. This would require a separate payment via our secure website payment platform so best to place another order to grab that extra item!

We ship worldwide! International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. For international orders that have been in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.


At times the courier will not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified.

Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered we have entirely no contact with it and you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.

Please note that during sale activity/promotional periods, your order may take up to 10-14 working days to be delivered.
